Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the location selected and the customizations requested for your product.

Shipping costs: 

FREE SHIPPING is available only for orders over $1,000 MXN within Mexico City. For other destinations, the shipping price will be calculated once you enter your location. Each area has a specific rate.

We are not responsible for delays caused by our courier service, but we will handle any issues that may arise during shipping. Our goal is to get your order to your home as quickly as possible.

Returns:

If your purchase from our website doesn't meet your expectations, you can return the products to us up to 15 days after receiving your order.
