How do I return or exchange a product?
If your purchase from our website doesn't meet your expectations, you can request an exchange or refund within 15 days of receiving your order. We'll ask you to return the items to our showroom, and we'll cover the cost of redelivering them in the event of an exchange.
We do not make changes to custom products that meet the specifications you have given us.
What payment methods are available?
You can pay by credit card or through a PayPal account. Follow the instructions at checkout, and if you have any questions or problems, please email us at hola@tenuebaby.com.
What do I do if the product I want is out of stock?
You can leave us an email at hola@tenuebaby.com and we'll let you know when the product you're interested in is back in stock.
Do you ship abroad?
Of course we do. Rates are fixed and vary depending on the destination country. The shipping price will automatically change when you enter the shipping country. For shipments to the Canary Islands, our system will calculate the taxes.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our goal is to get your order to your home as quickly as possible, although this will depend on the location you want to ship it to.
If you're in Mexico City, deliveries are made within the first 24–72 hours. If you need something express, you can send it via (Rappi, Uber, or any other method).
If you are located outside of Mexico City, the number of delivery days will depend on FEDEX or DHL.
